Surgical Booking, Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Procedures Covered:

• Blepharoplasty (upper and/or lower)
• Brow lift / temporal brow lift
• Thread lifting procedures

Deposit Requirement:

A $1,500 deposit is required to secure a surgical booking. The deposit is applied toward the total surgical fee and secures surgeon time, theatre allocation, nursing staff, and equipment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

• More than 14 days before surgery:
  • One-time transfer to a future date within 6 months OR
  • 50% refund (administration fee applies)
• 14 days or less before surgery:
  • Deposit becomes non-refundable and non-transferable
• No-shows:
  • 100% of deposit forfeited

Exceptional Circumstances:

Considered only for documented medical or serious family emergencies.

Acknowledgement:

Payment of the deposit confirms acceptance of this policy.
